This runs a bit hot so get a decent cooler. For the price you can’t really go wrong

That I5 Intel processor is in this computer. I have nothing against AMD. I used to use AMD a long time ago. At that time, AMD had a major heat issue. Intel has always been a good reliable processor manufacturer. Ive been building computers since the end of the 1980s, and have only ran in to two dead processors. They do most or all of the programming in house. The I3 processors that are out now are just a few years ago the I7s. Intel just locked the frequency so you couldnt overclock them. It does what I need the system to do. I have a 914 ID-cooleron top of this processor and the combo seem to be ok. Yep, if I found the right price, would buy again, even slightly used. Its rare they die.

Its a great CPU, I havent had any major issues with it besides the CPU getting a bit hot even on idle.
