> 3 dayUpgraded a 2600K pc with this CPU, B660 board and 32GB of 3600mhz ram. It feels incredibly snappy now. With GPUs now costing your firstborn child, its nice that this upgrade boosted an aging gtx970 FPS by 5-15%. (@2560x1080) Gaming is also much smoother as low-FPS spikes are effectively non-existent now.

> 3 dayGot this to help tide me over until GPU prices arent insane, while transitioning from an older laptop. It can handle most games at playable FPS, but that said even a proper 1030 is double this iGPUs power. (But also doubles the cost at MSRP, if you can find them for that rn even.)

> 3 dayGet a different cooler though as we all know the base coolers are not worth much. 12400 provides similar performance as 12600k and uses half the energy. You probably dont need 12600 unless youre multitasking heavy programs, 12400 is enough for streaming and gaming while recording gameplay and listening to music and having 10 tabs open on internet .

> 3 dayGood cpu, that runs well. Only issue is the cooler it came with was not stock, and it did not fit the in the motherboard like it was supposed to.

> 3 dayThe mounting system is bad, I did the diagonal push method but the last corner wont go in even with large amounts of force. The cooler is vital for gaming so now it underperforms in every scenerio.
