The processor is really great fast and efficient even though its non K and the base clock speed is 3.2 MHz you can still get the clock speeds up to 4.4 MHz on all cores with the turbo boost which is always on whenever you are gaming or putting loads on CPU. For me personally its not worth it paying 50-80$ for the K version just to get an extra 600 MHz going up to 5 MHz with the OC which requires you to spend more on CPU cooling which adds to the price of the K version.

so far so good ten min after it arrived i used my vice and delidded it, and cleaned away the already drying TIM and the silicone adhesive.

So far so good, this thing is a beast. I upgraded from a Core i5 7500 which I used mainly for office work and some training. I wanted to get into PC gaming so I decided to upgrade some components. This is an extremely worthy upgrade from the 7500 and loving the multi threading.
