> 3 dayWe ordered this processor for our sons gaming computer build. He was under supervision of an experienced assembler who had done several using the same processor. After we finished assembly the computer would not communicate. My son found the packaging which showed the processor was a i9. We removed the processor and found it was an i7, as we had ordered. TI (seller) told us that it was obviously a used processor although the listing did not show that anywhere and the price was the same we paid for a new one at Best Buy (3 hour round trip). New i7 processor in and ouila! computer works fine. Maybe the used ones work for some people but you are being deceived if you think this is a brand new in box item.
