> 24 hourI have to say I was shocked that after 6 months my charger stopped working ~ but Cathy from Anker was so responsive and provided me with care and replaced my charger ~ I AM deeply grateful that she was able to assist me on this ~ its really a great charger and I really would like to purchase other products from Anker ~

> 24 hourDO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I bought two of these to use in both mine and my wifes car, at first I thought this product was ok. But the first cable stopped working at the 3-month point and now the second one has stopped working at the 5-month point. DONT BUY one of these is my advice disappointed to have wasted money on this. I think one lasted longer than the other because I use my car far less than my wife.

> 24 hourI like Anker products a lot, but this charger will probably not make it past winter. Just like my previous charger (different brand) the cord sleeve cracked from sitting in a cold car and then being used. Next time I’ll find a charger with a nylon or silicon sleeve.
