This tastes good, I like to put my protein powder in my coffee and this doesnt blend well in hot liquids. It leaves gross tasting chunks. blech! I blended it in my cold half & half and it blended better however I prefer my hot coffee to remain hot :)

This is one of my favorite protein powders and it’s really easy to use and mix. I have gotten great results from it as well.

Taste Great

Yes, this is advertised as chocolate peanut butter but the taste is not exactly peanut buttery. Oh no. The reality is so much more. I expected something that taste in the vicinity of a peanut butter cup. What I got was a blast of Nutella. I dont know why but to me this tastes like liquid Nutella. Theres the obvious dominant flavor of chocolate but there is a definite streak of hazelnut flavor in here. The combination, as I said, creates the overall impression of sucking down Nutella. All I can say is: It. Is. Glorious. Nothing this healthy should taste this good. Im serious. I look forward to this shake every day. As an RN, Im on my feet and lifting or turning patients all day. This constant activity places a heavy strain on the body. This shake packs a protein punch to keep my muscles fueled and delivers a jolt of flavor that gets me through the day. Plus its incredibly convenient. There are times when your lunch break gets cut short but with this shake I know I can get everything down quickly and feel satiated throughout the rest of the day. This isnt just a good meal replacement/supplement for when you have to get nutrients down in a hurry, it really has helped with my training and Ive noticed tangible gains since using this product. Right now Im programming with the Strong 5x5 routine. At first I was just using basic whole foods to meet protein needs however as I progressed I found myself taking longer and longer to recover fully. Thats when I decided to try a protein supplement. I had tried others in the past. They were usually gritty and would mess with my stomach. So I did a lot of research on the best protein powders out there and this product came up. I can tell you that not only is my strength increasing at a steady rate but my muscles are growing in size as well. The extra boost of protein this shake provides has definitely been helpful in making and maintaining gains and we all know that its all about the gainz! The texture isnt too bad either. Theres a bit of grittiness and aftertaste but no more so than if you actually ate a spoonful of Nutella. The grittiness is certainly better than other powders Ive tried. I dont think youll ever find a perfectly smooth protein powder but this is very easy to take. Plus, the resulting shake is thick and gives you the feeling that youre actually eating something. Overall, I absolutely recommend this shake. There are no real drawbacks to using this as a supplement. The taste, while not exactly as advertised, is serenipitously delicious in its own way and their failure to perfectly capture the flavor of peanut butter has resulted in something even more amazing. So in short, taking your Isopure protein, move some iron, and make some gains!

I use it in a fruit smoothie. I can barely taste it.

This is a good vanilla flavor, it’s versatile can be put in baked goods, shakes, cold oats, cool whip ect. Would recommend and would purchase again!

Protein powder supplementation has been a staple in my daily routine ever since it became an option. I’ve used many different types, and for the most part, have been rather content in my choices. As clever marketing, flashy advertising, and overall nutritional options have flooded the market, it’s been a grind to assess various products legitimacy, see past the BS, and pick a protein. After trying this I’m confident that I’ve found the right option, the healthiest, and the best bang for your buck. The nutritional breakdown is solid, the taste is sweet, and the viscosity is smooth. I’d recommend looking past reviews complaining about certain subjective matters. Allow my review to serve as the objective and absolute truth. I’m kidding (but kinda not.) While it’s theoretically possible someone may have received a “bad batch,” I’m more inclined to conclude certain people expect literal vanilla ice cream in a protein powder form. Sorry, but you’re not going to find a supplement that includes the vast array of nutrients that serves as a desert. The fact that I’m/you’re getting copious amounts of high quality protein, vitamins, minerals, while tasting as good as it does, is simply amazing. All to say, majority of the complaints shouldn’t necessarily be directed at a flawed product because it’s ultimately just flawed expectations. It’s a high quality protein, includes high quality vitamins/minerals, mixes similar or better than any other powder, and is exactly as described on the product photos and description. I’m more than satisfied and think you’ll enjoy this supplement as much as I do.

Tastes great and is fantastic overall, but mixes poorly with milk. Unless youre using it with a blender, Id get a different brand if youre gonna use it with milk.
