I got the cookies and cream for $13 (15 servings) and it’s pretty decent for that price... It tastes like really strong vanilla but it’s a little sickeningly sweet if I use whole milk so I use skim or water. For the price I paid I’d buy again but for the typical $28-35 dollar price tag it’s been jacked up to, I definitely wouldn’t. The powder doesn’t mix that great in my nitro bullet, which mixes everything to perfection normally, there’s always some clumps in the bottom… and it absolutely can’t be mixed in a shaker cup or by hand. It just clumps up horribly and isn’t edible. Overall the product is decent but I’ve had similar products for much cheaper and with better mix-ability.

Ive found it to be very effective when taken twice a day, combined, of course, with muscle building exercise. Its also very easy to use.

I like the flavor of the vanilla protein powder a lot. It is very blendable in cold mixes. Do not put it in hot as it curdles.
