> 24 hourAwesome product! Carefully read instructions and check out their FAQ/Troubleshooting on website before starting. If you do that, it’ll be a breeze and you’ll have a great product or craft at the end!

> 24 hourDefinitely use a white substrate. Any other color and the image will be much harder to make out. Stick with blockier, high-contrast images. For example, the picture of the guy on the box would be a little tough to get to that contrast level IMHO. Its probably possible but it isnt super-easy to do so I imagine. How different is it Id say 30% difference. So its negligible. Protip: if you print out your image on the printable acetate, use a black marker to really make it high-contrast. Shaded areas can be accented using a dot method. This will ensure a higher contrast image.

> 24 hourThe solution is pretty powerful and fast acting on a sunny day. I think you get a pretty good value, although I do wish there were more pieces of film (they only give you 3). The trick to making shirts with this stuff is to make sure the film is FLAT against the tshirt. Not even a millimeter sticking up anywhere. Otherwise you get some condensation that blocks sun as well as a less crisp image because the light has already started to bleed underneath the film. It takes a few tries to really get it right. Buy a piece of glass to put on top, or you can use the glass from a picture frame or something.

> 24 hourAs far as starter kits go, this had everything you could possibly want. The kit not only has clear but very simple instructions to allow anyone to use the contents of the kit easily and effectively. Perhaps the best starter kit I have seen.

> 24 hourJust doesnt work very well. Yes the ink reacts and gets brighter from sunlight, but I cant get a hint of my picture to show up. Just a square of colored ink. Plus it says it makes up to 8 shirts, but there are only 3 pieces of 8.5 x 11 printable pieces of film so even if it worked, it would only make three shirts unless you cut them in half.

> 24 hourThis product is amazing. You will need to watch the videos and maybe a couple of times. Jacquard also provides a free-to-use website where you can print your negatives. Love it, would definitely purchase again and your only limit is your imagination.

> 24 hourThe kit works great. I wish the kit came with more paper to make more prints but you can reuse the paper for multiple shirts so it’s totally fine for me. Especially great for getting started with solar print making.
