Thought it was cute and roomy at first - perfect for staying a few nights at a time at my boyfriends place. But I came to find very quickly that the roominess was a façade when it came to how difficult it is to zip the thing up once it’s filled. Also, doesn’t like to stay zipped. Opens with the tension of a stuffed bag. I never used the long shoulder strap, but the loop that holds the shoulder strap clip ended up breaking off without ever being used. (Noticed this happened after my third or fourth use.) Repeatedly frustrated and disappointed after each use. But I guess you get what you pay for. I did purchase this one because it was one of the cheaper options for the size. Definitely would purchase better quality for the future. DEFINITELY not reliable for air travel.

Within 2 days of receiving this bag- a spoke on the zipper broke and the over the shoulder handle also broke. Now my bag won’t close and must be carried by the handles. Smh

This is a greatt overnight bag that expands to a perfect size for all your things. I had a problem with my order and the sellers quickly helped me resolve it. A+ service!

My only wish is that it would have had an outside zip pocket.

Purchased for a 4-day trip to Mexico and had no issues using it as a carry-on. The dimensions are consistent with what is listed in the description and comply with United Airlines standards. It takes up very little space in the overhead luggage compartment. Its durable and the material and construction seem high quality. The matching toiletry bag is convenient as well and was the perfect size for my essential makeup products. I also like that the clasps on either side of the bag can be unclasped to extend the height. What I realized is that a duffel bag can become uncomfortable and unwieldy when youre dragging it around a big airport, so you might want to consider a rolling suitcase instead if you need luggage for a flight. This bag might be better suited for a road trip, but it delivers nonetheless.
