One of the backpacks shoulder straps broke after a few days of use. On the bright side Jansport support paid for shipping both ways and repaired the item for free. Weve used many Jasport backpacks for school and this is the first one that had to be repaired so I commend the company for fixing it this time.

This backpack has enough room to carry books + athletic gear & shoes! My girl plays volleyball and has a weight training class and needs to carry a lot with her daily & this bag comes through day in and out. My kid added an iron on patch and a keychain and loves it!

Bought for my daughter who needs a large, heavy duty backpack to hold a Chromebook and tons of binders. Durable, nice looking and comfortable on shoulder.

I bought this specifically for a carryon bag for Spirit airlines. It is perfect. I have other travel backpacks but they are heavy even empty. This bag is light as a feather when empty so I knew I could carry more in it, and not be overwhelmed by any extra weight of the bag itself. I got the idea from my kids. They have had these as school backpacks for years. When we flew on Spirit, they used these. I was jealous as I was using my big heavy Swiss Gear backpack. In the Jansport backpack I was able to fit 2 laptops (specialzed work and personal), a tablet, 2 days of clothes, a light sweater, toiletry bag and all my charges. Fit perfectly under seat in front of me on Spirit. I dont even know if I will ever carry a roller bag again on an airplane.

Bought this for my daughter as her other jansport backpack was to small and was a light blue had stains all over it even got a hole already. So bought this for Christmas. This one is more durable and bigger so it holds more the straps on it are better also. Also hold her water bottle!

My dog ate the straps off the first day we had the backpack.

Perfect size for my daughter whom is in 9th grade honors classes!!! She carries almost every book home with being in honors classes and the backpack has been so durable for her to do so.
