> 24 hourBeautiful back pack. Bought for my 12 yr old who is starting middle school and wanted something a little more grown up. She hasn’t started using it but by the looks of it, it’s made of quality material and is large enough for books and lunch. Zippers seems to be good quality as well.

> 24 hourUsed about 4 weeks. Leather sueded bottom is peeling. Horrible warranty! They want the backpack shipped back so they can decide if it’s covered under warranty or normal wear and tear. JanSport shame on you! What is my kid suppose to use while you decide? So I have to buy a new backpack to use until you can tell me if you are going to cover the horrible quality of your backpack? Not okay! I should not have to replace this backpack in order for you to stand by your product! I will NEVER purchase JanSport again and I will make sure everyone knows how horrible your quality has became!
