    Order burgundy backpack and received blue checkered one. It is also torn on the bottom. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter to match her coat. The one we received looks like it’s for a little boy. Very disappointed.

    Bought one for my son for school. Then one for my wife. Then one for me. Should say something about the pack. Light, sturdy, pretty good looking (each of the three we have). Big enough for any day trip. No real downside here.
