> 3 dayUsed about 4 weeks. Leather sueded bottom is peeling. Horrible warranty! They want the backpack shipped back so they can decide if it’s covered under warranty or normal wear and tear. JanSport shame on you! What is my kid suppose to use while you decide? So I have to buy a new backpack to use until you can tell me if you are going to cover the horrible quality of your backpack? Not okay! I should not have to replace this backpack in order for you to stand by your product! I will NEVER purchase JanSport again and I will make sure everyone knows how horrible your quality has became!

Greater than one weekI saw the reviews and the pictures showing that the interior was a grey color. Mine came with a white interior which was not like the pictures. Sometimes my stuff leaves marks on the inside of my backpack so having a white inside wont cover the marks. For a $50 backpack I dont want it to get ruined and dirty. Kind of upset about this. They should advertise it as it would come.
