> 3 dayThis is the best Nail clipper. The size is about a toe nail clipper but it works perfectly well for Finger nails and toe nails alike. Its due to the way the cutting edge is curved. The clipper is hefty and of extremely high quality. The nail sanding strip is not a glue on but actually milled in the metal itself (brilliant design). I no longer need to use my nail filing tools separately. This one clipper handles the nails and the basic finish needs. This is my second purchase to gift it to a friend.

> 3 dayThese are larger and heavier than the nail clippers I have seen in the US. You may ask yourself why you need these. Frankly, you probably dont if youre happy with the ones you have, but if youre looking for something that is very sharp and will likely outlive you, give these a shot. (Theyre larger so they may be more difficult to lose?) While I have never had a problem cutting my nails, and holding the larger clippers took a bit of practice, these do an amazing job. Note that there is a fine-grained file in the top of the clippers (when closed). Thats called out in the Japanese text but may be dismissed as decoration if you are used to the swing out file on other clippers.

> 3 dayA great product. I wanted fingernail size clippers; smaller in size.

> 3 dayThe clipper worked perfectly for a month, but then the bottom blade chipped on my fingernail. The entire tip chipped off so it was a sliver of metal maybe 0.1mm wide and as long as the blade itself. Really weird!

Greater than one weekThis nail clipper seems to be over-engineered to the point where it doesn’t work as well as my much cheaper Revlon nail clipper. It’s quite heavy and doesn’t work well at cutting cuticles and the loose skin around my fingernails. Yes I know it’s a toe nail clipper not a finger nail clipper but I like one that works for both. I had high hopes for this, especially since it’s a Japanese brand, but this missed the mark.

Greater than one weekConstruction is a little heavier than necessary, but the weight feels substantial, not bulky. Skip Starbucks for a few days & buy something that will be a pleasure for a lifetime.
