I have dealt with a shoulder Injury for some time and also elbow strain recently. I used these for compression on my left arm mainly for tennis but sometimes for weight lifting as well. They offers nice cool feeling and are extremely comfortable. They do get a bit wet with sweat but that’s to be expected. I would recommend if you are just looking for a slight compression and If you like the feeling of under armor without the added heat/layer. Plus the spf during the summer is a nice touch for outdoor sporting activities!
