Very good sound quality! For a little device, it sounds much more powerful than it looks like it would. Love it, jbl is very on point. Only slight issue I noticed was that there was a bit of lag when the Bluetooth was in use. Not sure why. Hadn’t happened with another similar jbl unit. Not the worst thing in the world. Still would recommend.

How do I go about just replacing the carrying case?? Cheap pos broke within seconds of carrying..

Works as expected and the case is nice. The speaker comes in original packaging (JBL box) with original cord. Case comes separately and is a perfect fit.

Case has cheap zipper broke first use. Speaker works great .

I actually have two of these JBL Charge 4 speakers, one for my laptop and one for my Intel NUC 10. They work great and really have great sound quality.
