Im avg guy 510 and 200lb, picked up the L and it fits well. The helmet has that adjustable band that makes it fit the head snugly

Ended up returning these, just felt too small and restrictive.

My 14 year old loves this helmet and pads set that I purchased for him when he rides his skateboard. They fit perfect and are very well made! My son is 5 6 and 130 pounds, and the adult size fits him well.

I liked that is was a set with everything you needed to be safe while skating. Great quality and size was right on for adults.

Everything fit good got a size large

The seams on the Velcro was pulling apart right out of the box and the pads in the helmet won’t stay on and I’ve already lost one of the helmet pads. Very poor quality and if I would have used it more than once since I bought it I would have realized it needed to be returned but now it’s too late. I would not recommend this brand at all.

helmet came in broke . clips inside holding plastic insert does not stay in helmet to tighten the helmet on head. trying to reach out and see how to get replaced
