We have a monsoon season where I am currently living, making something like this a must.

This fits my Chicco Activ3 jogger stroller really well! My little one played in the rain and puddles instead, but it kept the stroller and our backpacks dry! I’d say the bottom even stayed mostly dry too, though I wouldn’t hold that expectation just because of splashes/wind, etc. I chose to keep the clear pocket hanging over the cup holders on the stroller to keep that part dry, but if that’s not a concern, the cover can weave behind it and secure with the attached velcro. When my child sat in the stroller briefly, it did fog up a little.

Simple and good.. smells a little bit but I left it out for a day and it’s ok now. Very affordable and good for that money.
