> 24 hourThere is a strip of paper welded to the dispenser which seems intended to avoid injury during unwrapping. It is Dangerous - won’t remove easily. Almost threw the dispenser away before finally getting it off. Won’t buy this product again because of that Awful strip of paper, no matter how good the tape may be.
