It was a little thinner than what I realized, but I used it to seal cracks/gaps in my soffits and behind my gutter to keep critters out for the winter. Although it was thin, it worked perfectly.

I bought these to prepare my new place against mice. The package allowed we to fill all the holes I found. It was easy to cut when needed. Looks just like the picture. They come in rolls but the steel wool is flat and flexible enough to use for different task

I moved into a new place and the owners hardly care about the place and the “maintenance” men have a better chance to fix a broken shoe lace than actually repair anything in this building. The stupidity of this building has left gaping holes for cockroaches, mice & rats to enter the apartments. I ordered this to stuff the holes before I filled them with spray foam, Gorilla tape and wall plaster. I like how they are bundled in individually packets.

As soon as the rodent exterminator gives the all clear, I will be using this steel wool to small holes around the plumbing in my home! In the almost 20 years in my home there has NEVER before been any kind of infestation!

This is not prickly enough to deter mice, it can be handled WITHOUT gloves. Easily!
