Great idea, but it doesnt quite work well. The adjustable back arm is slippery and will slide down with the weight of the kinect, making it tilt way too far back. This item did not qualify for returning, even though it was fulfilled by Amazon and was offered through Amazon Prime, so I contacted Amazon and they will be issuing a full refund.

Works perfectly with our 60 LG TV.

junk, not secure at all, design flaw - not nearly enough strength in the ratcheting arm to hold the kinect, all the positive reviews are very puzzling!
