> 3 dayRequired to install an app on my phone with unnecessary permissions. A zigbee device shouldnt require this. Should just be able to pair it to my hub and it should work.

> 3 dayDisappointed because the actual item was exactly what I needed. A smart plug with a long cord. However when I downloaded the apple app it asked for some strange permissions. Allow connections to all Bluetooth items being one of them. I thought it was weird but I agreed. I later sat down to link it with my Alexa so I could have her control my power strip. That’s when I got this warning. The strip won’t show up at all on my Alexa plugs. I HAVE to install this skill to get it to work. Through further investigation I found out they sell multiple smart plugs under different names. All the same app. Smart Link. DO NOT BUY THIS! It is data mining. Even deleting my account it was strange and I had to submit a code via my email. I am concerned with what they already got from me thinking this was a legit company. I’m going back to Kasa/TP link which I have used for years. Never had any issue trusting them!! Disappointed that my option for a refund is to return this item and allow them to have product to fool someone else. Please do not get this or any smart plug on here that requires smart link app! I’m shocked when I searched for smart plugs again on here the majority have the same app.

Greater than one weekAt 2 am it was red and started clicking itself off and on. I’ve tried all sorts of things to get it to reconnect, delete and readers but am unsuccessful. Cannot find a supper option except that one that tells me to contact the seller (Amazon).

> 3 dayUse this power strip to be able to manage my internet at our lake cabin from our home. Neighbor is nice enough to allow me to have this power strip on his internet in case mine is down.

Greater than one weekThis worked great for about a month and then it started going haywire. I tried to get a replacement or exchange it, but I never heard back from the seller. Save your money. That’s nearly $30 wasted on a piece of junk.

> 3 dayI bought this a little Gizmo to turn on and off my two raspberries and one hard disk remotely. Yes it works with home assistant. I will be adding logic to turn my external USB hard disk and make it available for a weekly backup of my sonology server. No more manual turning on and off. Love it!
