Unable to connect to home wifi using the app. Instructions arent particularly well-written (typical considering the source), but clear enough to basically follow along. I dont use Alexa or Google and dont understand why anyone would (privacy concerns anyone?), I was hoping to just be able to remotely control a few lights for home security purposes using these smart plugs. No dice. MAKE IT EASIER!

I just received these smart plugs and it took minutes to get set up. It was so simple just taking my phone and using the camera it took me right where I needed. I love that there are four and I will get lots of use out of these. I got the HomeLinking app set up without any issues.

Cheap. Cheap cheap cheap. The price is luring, but stay away. Only 2 of the 4 sockets ever connected to Wi-Fi, and even with those it was a weak connection, was slow to respond off of an Alexa, and didn’t work remotely. The cherry on top was that the two working smart socket’s stopped connecting to Wi-Fi after I moved the outlet they were in. All of the sockets flash like they’re functioning, but no combination of plugging/unplugging/Turning the Wi-Fi on and off worked to reset the device or to connect the Wi-Fi. There’s also no website for the parent company readily available, even through this listing, and I’m almost positive that they use a 3rd party app to connect. You’re better off spending the money to get a nicer one, or at least one made by a well know company.

Goes offline and have to set it back up every few days and getting it to connect with goggle home is such a hassle.

Product unusable. Previously returned by another customer. Return label glued over QR code to get app. Flat out dishonest to sell as new!

I always read reviews before I buy but I did not on this one and this product is not worth buying. I have tried and tried to connect it and it will not do it. I got it on sale but will be returning it because they need to know to either improve the product or the directions.

I was able to pare to my phone but support is not responding when I try to connect to alexa. Eventualy I was able to get Alexa connected. No help from support. The complaint I have with their support is they are not specific with their instructions. And they are very slow to respond. They dont know how to effectively use slow response. Taking a long time to respond is one issue. OK. but when you do dont ask a single question in respond that takes another week to respond. They did update the software to be able to use alexa to turn the USB on and off with alexa. Over a month after the first response they ask me Can you help me to change 1 star review to 5 stars as a kind of encouragement to us? I upgraded their review from 1 to 2 star.

nice and well made but dont stay connected as they should all the time.
