The material of this ball is great! Our son pitched it to our other son but threw it too low and it bounced off a backstop and onto the ground and didn’t break. Second attempt was perfect and the ball shattered as soon as it was hit with the bat. Great product!

The ball is made of plastic and is easily broken by the bat. We were nervous that it wouldnt break on contact but it did! Just be careful that the person who is throwing the ball stands at least 15 feet away. When the ball breaks it breaks into small pieces and they fly everywhere. One piece actually landed on me but it did not cause any injury. The powder was excellent. Plenty of it and and thick enough so that it could be seen by everyone. The powder lingers in the air for a little bit kind of like fog and then dissipates. But it doesnt stink or sting the eyes. The box comes labeled with the color on it, pink or blue. The ball itself even comes with a removable tag indicating which color powder it contains. I was very happy with the product!

Although the product served its purpose… when you open your box, the color is proudly displayed! Unfortunately, mom saw hers being opened and it having pink tags and stuff. Ruined her surprise.

I bought this because my SON loves baseball and our entire family is baseball lovers so these were perfect. They were packaged great so nothing happened to them while they were in transit. I actually bought a pink and blue one and we did both (even though I’m only having one baby girl) the powder was vibrant and I loved it. I will say the powder did get all over my sons shorts and feet but it wipes right off. Totally recommend!!

We did two, one for each side of the family. It went perfect both times - huge crowd pleaser.
