I coach a wrestling team and tend to be physically active. Hair structure goes out the window through intense practice and i have never had any annoying flakes. It holds well through the workday.

> 3 dayI love this product. Great smell, it doesn’t leave such a harsh residue in your hair at the end of the day, and it easy to take through the hair. The only reason it isn’t 5 is because it isn’t the craziest hold throughout the day. If you’re just using it to look presentable for work or something, it’s amazing, if you’re going to go to the gym and then expect it’s to hold all day, it won’t last. Just depends on what you’re looking for
