This bag is absolutely what I had wanted. The leather is soft but sturdy. The only thing I have a problem with is the oiling treatment. It is quite smelly and the craftsman got it on all of the hardware making the buckles and rivots sticky. Ive been buffing this bag with a dry cloth for hours trying to remove the stickiness. I am optimistic that the smell and stickiness will go away and at that point the bag will become one of my favorites.

Great bag, but... It takes significantly longer to air the bag out than the provided informational card suggests. However, I do like that the leather comes oiled and needs no additional conditioning. I also love the organization inside, and the classic style of the design. Worn with the strap looped behind your back and over your shoulders, it looks exactly like an European school satchel from an old movie.

It is a well made product but it was just too small. Even though it said it was big enough by dimensions it was too small so I had to return it for the bigger one.
