Perfect, just what I needed

Im very disappointed with these bags. I expected better quality based on the reviews. They seem much thinner than 3 mils and the seals are difficult, to impossible, to close.

These bags are terrible. Many of them dont even seal fully because the sides arent in tact. They are extremely poorly manufactured.

Not 3 mil. Maybe .3 mil. Thinner than a sandwich bag. Ok for stickers not for small hardware kits which is what they were needed for

Just what I needed for a large project. Sometimes a bit difficult to open the bag yet very secure after.

very thin i thought the ad said 2.9mil not that for sure

Im a seller, and often include free gifts with the purchase. Adding a thank you label helps boast this is a gift for you! There is also a safety factor, when the gift is a sample of cologne or nail glue. No matter how well you pack, sometimes something breaks or leaks. Useful, easily seals and re-opens, good price.

Too thin for my original purpose

The industry standard for measuring plastic bag thickness is to measure the thickness of a single layer of the bag. In other words, the thickness of the bag is the thickness of the sheet that it is made from. Joybest has claimed that the bags they sold me are 3.15 mil (which would be .00315) because if you measure the two layers of the bag, its .00315. However, they dont even meet their own made-up standard; two layers of the bag measure .00245 (.0017 per layer). I have a supply of bags labeled 2 mil that measure .0027. Theyre over twice as thick as Joybests 3 mil bags. What they have done is advertised a 3 mil bag and then delivered a 1 mil bag. When confronted, instead of offering a refund, or to bill appropriately for 1000 1 mil bag, they came up with this ridiculous defense. Im not going to waste anymore time on this. Its $40 and Ive already spent far to much time on this.

These are nice bags for light weight use. They say they are a thick plastic. They are not. Well to me thick plastic is 4-7 mils thick. These don’t come close. But for just a one time use then through them away. They’re ok. They are cheap enough to just toss after you use them once. If that’s what your looking for look no further.
