Looked at a lot of different brands and reviews. They all seem to have the same issues with the wheels and zipper breaking. Just finished a two week trip, w/ 3 flights, to Italy and England and they held up well. The outer shell has no dents and the internal and external zipper have no signs of tearing. The wheels have no issues and worked well on cobblestone and brick type walk ways. All in all a great set.

I was surprised to see only 1 piece and many small bags for use inside the piece. I purchased it to go on vacation. DISAPOINTED

I needed a larger suitcase for a weeklong trip and this for the bill perfectly. This is the first hard sided suitcase I’ve had and I like how it protects everything. I transported some art home in the center flap that zips around to hold everything in place when you flip the lid closed. It worked like a charm to keep the artwork flat. (I suspect this is intended for laundry.) I also liked the packing cubes that were included. The wheels swivel well and made this easy to manage from my walker, and the bright red made it easy to spot coming off the line at baggage pickup.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Joyway customer service and had a very positive interaction with them. They were very responsive and resolved this situation to my satisfaction so I’ve added a star for being proactive and providing clear communications. I really liked this bag, it is indeed lightweight and rolls quietly and smoothly-and it stands out in the crowd. I even liked the clothes packing system which I didn’t actually think I would use but they are handy. My issue as you can see in the photos is that it was damaged on my very first airline trip. The corner was busted through to the interior lining and I’m surprised that the wheel held with what was left. I had expected it to be sturdier from reading other reviews but it did not hold up. I admit that I did not take out any product protection, based on the positivity of other reviews and I am past the 30 day return window so it turned out to be an expensive bag when you count the cost for one use. Suggest the manufacturer reinforce the wheel area, and anyone considering purchasing this bag—take out the product protection, maybe that will allow you to get a return or replacement which I am unable to do.

This suitcase set is great! My son loved the two-tune colors and design of it. He loved the inside and how much stuff he was able to take on vacation. I used the carry on bag which to my surprise, I was able to put a lot of items in, including a blanket. The suitcase held up nicely through the airports and 2 layovers. Just minor scratches which is expected. Overall, both my son and I love the suitcase....Ok..ok, I love the suitcase, my son just likes it lol.

The suit case is nice and held up on a flight across country but the inside zipper is broken and wont zip up.

I literally dragged this bag on planes, trains, and automobiles across Europe. It held up carrying it up and down flights of stairs and being pulled for miles on the streets to and from hotels. Barely a scratch on it!
