This is pretty well made! It looks great and is sturdy. My only complaint is wishing the side pockets were a smidge larger so I could put bigger water bottles in them. I have Herschel backpacks, and so far it seems pretty comparable in quality

This is a cute back pack but not very big. Purchased it for my daughter fir high school, but she could hardly fit what she needed in there. If you need a lot of space, its not for you....otherwise its a good looking pack for small loads.

I like it but it was two small for me

In the 1 hour I played with it before deciding to return it, I got the impression it was quite sturdily built. Thats what the 3 stars are for. Beyond that, it was disappointing in every way. My 15 Lenovo barely fit in. My skinny water bottle would not fit into either of the pockets on both side. My regular steel water canteen, which is not even double walled, didnt stand a chance. The small bottled water you can buy will probably fit - but nothing more than that. The promotional video grossly exaggerates the space available in this bag.

Its really cute! I love that it is not too big, just the right size to carry my laptop to work. I cant wait to take it on a trip. Most of all I love that it retains its shape. It doesnt crumple like other backpacks.
