> 3 dayThese cables have extra thick insulation (just over 1/4 inch), and look like the ones in my current solar-panel installation. The wire is stranded tinned copper. The connectors are installed with proper polarity to connect to your controller, and I am using them to couple additional panels (additional connectors were required). The connectors are not the quick-disconnect type, but made for a permanent installation. I expect these cables to last for the life of the installation.
