The stand is not very tall if you’re looking for it to be eye level and relieve neck tension you will have to put it on top of something else. It also does not angle well. If you tilt it to have a more downward angle your tablet will fall out easily. It’s ok but not great.

One corner of the base was bent resulting in a base that was unstable.

The stand is very good and sturdy. However, it is hard to change the position/angle. Can we use some lubrication?

Its great, it stays stable no matter where you place it, and its really strong but lightweight and does not scratch
