> 3 dayThis stand is awesome. My wife got one for herself to help with drawing on her iPad Air 3, and it immediately changed how she worked for the better. I got jealous, so I ordered one the day she got hers. It’s a fantastic piece of equipment that can be folded up and put away easily. The joints are stiff, but that just means it won’t wobble and drop your tablet.

Greater than one weekI bought this for a specific purpose, but I think it would be good for others as well. I have a 12.9 iPad pro, so a reasonably large tablet, that I want to pair with my MacBook Pro as a 2nd monitor. I bought a different stand which I returned, and took a chance on this one. WHen I am on the road, I use my MacBook sitting on a desk or table. When I am at home, the Macbook sits on top of a nice Rain Design M Stand which lifts the macbook up in the air by 3-6 inches (its on an angle). This Kabcon tablet stand allows me to easily mach the height of the tablet with the screen on the macbook, either very close to the desk, or 6 up in the air. The joints on the stand seem tight enough that you could use the tablet as a tablet (touch screen), but I use it mainly to make the tablet a PC display or a TV-like vide device. The Kabcon stand is strong and sturdy, but it folds up to smaller than 7x7x2, so i can put it into my backpack without it taking up much space like the other tables stand I returned. The listing says its made of aluminum, but as one reviewer noted, the 2 pillars that connect the base plate with the tablet plate are plastic on the outside if not all plastic.. I feel like its a benefit that reduces the weight, and I cannot see any condition under which these would break. When its in my backpack, the plastic parts are totally covered by the aluminum plates. When I am using it, the Tablet is far more delicate than the stand. So, I dont fell I have been deceived, but make sure you know this f it matters to you. I dont use a case on my iPad, but I think this would accommodate most cases. I think this will outlast my iPad. OK, so what would make it 6-Stars? Maybe a cloth bag that would slip around it to protect it while in my backpack (or protect other items from the aluminum. What would I change if I could? Id like to have it in Space Grey to match my iPad, but the silver color is really nice. Also, the rubber Caps that sit on the bent metal that holds the Tablet up can slip off while you are carrying it around. An extra set of those would be a nice touch. I cover it with the light plastic bags that it was covered in shipping, and remember to look for those caps anytime I take it out of my backpack.

Greater than one weekVery Sturdy! This fits my portable monitor and really helped me when I traveled and worked. I really like how it doesnt take up much space and comes with a nice bag. I also like how it really stays in place and has a really great range of motion to adjust it just how you need it.

> 3 dayExactly what I was looking for. I spent a few hours searching and reading reviews of multiple tablet stands eventually deciding upon this one. The quality is amazing! Seems to be mostly made of metal. Heavy, wont move easily on my desk.
