> 3 dayFriggin love this thing! Admittedly, I use this mat for making wax seals, not electronics work, but this mat is amazing. The separate sections are great for making sure tools dont get lost, the little squares for components make fantastic holders for the wax chuncks I use, and theres even a circle for the tea candles I use. The wide-but-not-too-wide area is the perfect size for working on stuff, and rolls up nicely to fit in a go-bag. Worth every penny!

> 3 dayFirst off this mat is used to repair guns, mechanical parts etc. Nice bright color so parts stand out. soft silicon washable roll able and well made. I did not like the two closable lids on the left most compartments, so I cut them off! Now I have the perfect repair mat.

> 3 dayI am brand new to electronics, but this seems perfect to me. Its big enough for me to work on my basic breadboard and arduino projects. Its thicker and heavier than I expected, but fits in my backpack easily; I bought the smallest-sized version. I have muffin trays of the same material, but this is heavier than those. No issues with build quality. The companys warning about the smell had me concerned. I expected a stronger than normal new plastic-y smell, but there really wasnt any at all. The pockets arent deep, so in an environment with a lot of jostling it might be a problem for keeping screws in place, but on a steady table, they pockets work just fine.

> 3 daySoldering mats have become very fancy lately. That might be useful for some, but I just want to prevent burning the workbench or the customer’s countertop. This is a simple and affordable mat, just the right size.

> 3 dayIve been meaning to get one of these things for years, and Im glad that I finally did. The soft, flexible material is nice to lay my electronic devices on when Im working on them. The little indented boxes are great for laying out the screws removed from your device, and there is plenty of room to work on stuff. I didnt try soldering on this thing yet, so Im not sure how it handles the heat, but if its silicone, it should be fine. I most often use this when working on mobile phones, like when repairing screens.

> 3 dayThis may is pretty nice for the price. The material feels very good to the touch. I didnt test the heat resistance because Im only using this to work on my PS Vita and clean my weapon.
