The fit was poofy and made me look larger on bottom, the buttons were hanging on for dear life and rattled everytime I walked. Would’ve given 0 stars if I could’ve. So disappointed

Material is soft and stretchy, but the buttons on front are SO loose and noisy. You could be heard from coming from the opposite side of a building with how loud these are. If you want to be stared at, perfect shorts for you.

When my wife tried these on, two thoughts instantly reached my brain. First, the three buttons seemed like total overkill. The second was how poofy the shorts were (which was the first thought of my wife as well). In the end, the three button issue is partially due to my wife being small, so they are far more pronounced than in the picture (although it is certainly something to beware of while purchasing it). The poofiness is not as forgivable though. I suppose it was to make ones waist look smaller... but in the end it just makes ones legs look fat. The closest comparison I can make for it is that they are bell bottom pants with just the bottom part done as shorts instead. They are rather awkward to look at. While I almost want to go lower than 3, they are wearable, and I understand that there are some guys that like the look of big butts (I am not one of them, but I have seen the ending of Shrek), so for people like that, I could see these working well. I think they would also be more manageable if one is taller or does have fatter legs for whatever reason.

Made of quality thick material. Nice pattern and design. Nice looking pair of shorts. The size is horribly too big. Almost 2 sizes.

These are so snazzy!!! Love the elastic waist and the 3 silver buttons. Stretchy material that just makes these so comfy. The frayed ends make these outta sight. I’m one that likes the worn look. Blue but not too dark or light. AND they have POCKETS!!! Great fit. More tight on my bottom and the legs flare. I recommend.

when this came, I was disappointed. I opened the package with my husband was sitting there with a look of disapproval and we both said Holy Crap those are HUGE simultaneously. I figured just for laughs to give them a go. But was I wrong! First, they fit a little loose at the waist which isnt bad considering I thought Id be swimming in them. This is not an issue though. This is awesome because it really gives it that paperbag look that I was desiring and makes it fit perfectly in the process. Second, the length is great! Admittedly, they are too long for my liking but I am short (54 125lbs) so I rolled them once and voila! PERFECT. I am speechless (not really I just wrote a novella review lol but figuratively). These are EXACTLY what I wanted!! Thank You!! I have already returned 2 other pair (other brands). Third time is the charm!! Short & Petite girls LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Cant say enough good things about these! Dont let your first impression fool you and dont size up.

I have to say that these shorts surprised me. I did not expect them to be particularly comfortable as most denim shorts made for people my size do not fit particularly well. However, these shorts (size 2X) are the exception to that rule. The waist is comfortable, the length is comfortable (no “chub rub”), and the overall feel is very comfortable. I am far more concerned with comfort in my clothing than anything else these days. Blue jean material typically binds when you bend over or squat down, but that is not the case with these shorts. The color is very good in my opinion, it’s a nice dark blue denim which is what I like. I do not care for the faded denim look. The only criticism I have of the shorts is the buttons on the front. They fit kind of loosely, and jiggle around some, and for some reason they make clinking sounds if you brush them against something. I’m not sure why that is, but it’s only a little sound, not particularly distracting. I am very pleased with these shorts, I’m glad to have a comfortable option other than stretchy synthetic material.

Another reviewer said these were really small, so I (normally a size m/l) ordered xl. It fits around the waist, but its stretchy, so I probably could have gotten away with a large. The leg holes are huge. Theyre like shorts striving to be skorts, but maybe that wouldnt be the case if I had ordered my size to being with. Nevertheless, I think theyre comfy and will wear them.
