The best scissors for cutting close to the edge. Cuts well. I would buy again. Will try Karens other products now. These may be the best applique scissors every!

I love love loved these scissors. I actually bought them 3 years ago today! The scissors were fabulous the first year and a half or so. But got dull. They would cut about an inch then would longer cut. They stopped cutting in the spot that was the area you needed the best cut. Stopped cutting the snippet bit just where you needed a quick snip! Loved then very disappointing. Now what do I use???

I use these scissors for applique work. I like the sharpness and cutting point. But theyre advertised as preventing fraying, but in my experience, they actually encourage fraying.
