I am new to crocheting and I was so excited to find this kit! I received it today and it’s exactly what I had hoped. It’s so cute and everything has its place which is amazing. The only issue I’m having is the smell. The case has a very strong smell. I can’t tell if it’s cigarette smoke or just a strong chemical smell. I’m hoping that it will air out, but it’s pretty awful. Aside from that, everything looks to be of great quality. I just am struggling with the strong smell.

Have been looking for ergonomic crochet hooks and these are great. And love everything that came with it.

The contents of the case are dollar store quality with the exception of the crochet hooks. I gave a four out of five rating based on the cost of the hooks if bought separately. The rubber ergo hooks range from a 3mm up to a 6mm, full size only. The metal hooks are varying from a full to a half size starting with a 2mm up to an 8mm. Would I buy this again? No.
