Classy but poor material for the price.

I fell in love with this set online. I got it for Christmas. The design is beautiful, I love all the different sized bags that it came with. With that being said, one of the hand bags had a strap that was not attached to the bag. I reached out to customer service and they went out of their way to help resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Luggage is just beautiful. All the bags are just right for me and my traveling needs and I will look stylish. Just love them Did not like the box it came in. It was too soft and it was damaged. Not good. Dianna

I bought this luggage set for my wife. She absolutely loves the look! We cant speak to the durability or sturdiness of the product yet as we have not been on a trip with it as of yet. We will be traveling in mid December so we will have a better idea of how to rate those areas after our trip. This is the only reason why I cannot give it 5 stars as of now.

I loved this luggage so much and read some reviews about the handle ripping off!!! This is true and happened the very first time I used the big suitcase on a vacation!! I am super bummed!!!
