LOVE IT!!

HORRIBLE. Cheaply made, definitely not name brand, terrible customer service when trying to deal with the return. Do not put yourself thru the headache of purchasing this crap. The decals are PLASTIC. The luggage is plastic. I highly doubt the luggage would ever look the same if actually checked on an airplane.

I AM VERY UNHAPPY BOUGHT FOR MY TRIP ON MY TRIP FIRST DAY OF MY TRIP THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED GETTING UP FROM MY SEAT PICK UP PURSE THIS WHAT HAPPENED I WAS SO EMBARRASSED I BARELY HAD ANYTHING IN THE BAG IM APPALLED I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS BAG THAT DISAPPOINTED ME AND PRETTY MUCH RUINED MY TRIP MONEY THAT I SACRIFICE SOME INCOME THAT I TRULY DONT HAVE I AM DISABLED AND HAVE VERY VERY LITTLE INCOME AND JUST WANTED THIS BAG TO MAKE ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF ALONE WITH MY TRAVEL CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME PLEASE MY PHONE NUMBER IS LISTED THANK YOU

I had been waiting YEARS for this set to return! I purchased a carry-on years ago, and I still own it and love it. It has held up very well. This set is absolutely gorgeous!!! I like how this carry-on slips over the telescope handles of the small and large suitcases. The strap of the carry-on has a small zipper pocket that holds small items like your ID, passport, ticket, etc. The inside of the bags is a beautiful shade of pink. They are easy to spot. Ive received many compliments on this set. I am hoping they will last a long time. *****Update***** I finally used the luggage. Unfortunately, I must drop the rating to 2 stars. Before I even checked in the large suitcase, the handle broke. I had less than 30 pounds in it. I have contacted the seller to find out if I can contact the manufacturer to order a handle to have it repaired. I used the smaller suitcase and the PCV carry-on bag, as well. They worked out great. It was convenient that the carry-on slips over the telescope handle. It made it very easy getting through the airport not having to hold an actual bag. There is a small zippered pocket on the carry-on that easily fit my ticket, ID, and cellphone. This made it very easy for me to get to these items without having to dig through a purse. The carry-on fit under the seat in the plane while the smaller suitcase fit in the overhead bin. I will say that there was not a single mark on any of the bags by the end of the trip. They are still shiny. I also received several compliments on the luggage. I really love this set. I am praying I can get the handle repaired.
