I have a 4 1/2 porter cable grinder which has the retaining nut that is too large to fit inside of the polishing wheel. I had an extra nut that I ground down to be able to use.

Worked quite well as a buffing tool but fitting them to an angle grinder is a real pain. The hole is 5/8 inch but you cannot get the nut through the inside of the buffing pad. I went to the hardware store and purchased a 5/8 jam nut and problem solved.

I bought these wool felt disks to buff and shine resin. They removed all previous sanding marks, but left a nice frosted glass look. A little fresh resin on top of that made it crystal clear. I also used it on steel after 4000 grit sand paper and it brought it to a mirror polish. It heats up a lot more than I expected, but if you control that, you will have a nice finish. Good product.

Does not fit any of my grinders 3 different manufacturers

The area in the center of the disc, for the locking flange, is too small. The picture of it on an angle grinder is a lie. The reply the manufacturer wrote that it will absolutely work with a Milwaukee angle grinder is also a lie. I had to make a workaround by locating a nut the same thread as the angle grinder and even then its a pain to change because I cant use the regular grinder wrench/fork to change it. I have to get out my ratchet with a socket each time. The manufacturer should either state that and have diagrams showing that it needs another adapter or offer one with the package.

They dont fit a Dewalt grinder, you have to modifie,, or us a regular nut to attach The white wheels last about 5 minutes Cheap made in China
