The bag seems well constructed and feels high quality. It ended up being too small for my MacBook Pro so had to return. Also I found the inside fabric pattern to be obnoxious. Black and white stripes give me a headache.

This bag would hands down deserve a 5 star review! Its extremely comfortable, has nice wide and strong shoulder straps, its very pretty and elegant looking, has so much space and really nice compartments, but I havent had it 1 whole month and the stitching is already coming apart. I only wear this bag to work, so literally just walking in and out of a building, so no strenuous wear and tear activities. I had actually ordered this bag and a Samsonite at the same time to which I liked better. I was pretty shocked regarding how much better overall this bag was compared to the Samsonite (since this is supposed to be a better brand) but now that this has happened Im having 2nd thoughts. I asked for a replacement and so well see how this one does.

This bag is made with high quality materials and finished. I love all of the thoughtful details and high end finishes. Great look and plenty of pockets for organization. I also got a matching suitcase from this collection and I love the set. By far my favorite luggage I’ve ever had. I look very sleek and out together when traveling for work with this matching set!

This backpack is looks great, and appears well-made. Its compact, but seems like it would have no trouble accommodating my 13 Macbook and work essentials. Its fatal flaw, at least for me, is that the side pockets really cant hold anything more than a slim umbrella. My 16 ounce coffee cup wouldnt go in. Maybe it could have made it if Id really forced it, but thats not realistic for daily use. I also have a Simple Modern 20 oz bottle (not one of the giant flasks styles) and it wouldnt fit either. Alas, carrying a beverage container is a make or break for me, so I have to return this. Its a shame, as it otherwise seems pretty nice. If carrying in the side pockets isnt a big deal to you, this might be the right backpack for you.

I absolutely love this backpack. While I have had it a couple of years I do not use it everyday so was disappointed that the zipper broke. I’m not hard on my items and take very good care of them. I don’t overload it or anything. So that aside. The backpack itself is perfect otherwise. Not sure I will order it again because of the zipper issue but I really LOVE this backpack otherwise.

PROS Love the black/gold look, very modern Strap to slide over carry on luggage is a plus Interior pockets seem pretty good function wise CONS I wish the interior liner was darker and a nicer material. I wish it had a multimedia pocket that you could thread a power cable through and store a portable charger or earbuds. Pockets are way too narrow. I like to take a water bottle with me when I travel and stash it in my bags side pocket. That wont be an option. Overall I like the bag. If it came a little bigger and had a few upgrades I would have paid more so I could use it for daily use instead of just travel. Happy I got it on sale at least.

The best thing about the bag is all the pockets and storage compartments. There is a place for everything. The bag itself is lightweight and the material is such that it holds its shape. Having the attachment that connects it to your carry-on bag is a nice feature. My problem is I dont like that I have to keep tightening up the straps. But Im glad I bought the bag.

Likes: Great size for travel (fits easily under the airplane seat) and short people (I’m 5’2” and it comes right to the bottom of my back). I also like the organization (lots of pockets and zippered spaces); I’ve received compliments on how it looks. Dislikes: The external pocket is not large enough for my slim re-usable water bottle. I have only had it a couple of weeks, so I cannot comment on long-term durability.
