Kent comb is incredibly quality comb I ever owned. I realized that theres a major difference in handmade and machine. When you comb your hair youll noticed it doesnt pull your hair (good for your scalp to prevent hair lost). Another thing is youll noticed the feel and weight compare to a cheaper comb. I use this on my beard and I can say it gives volume to my beard and my head hair. You rock KENT!!!!

i rarely write reviews on items i buy, unless i feel strongly one way or the other for it. in this case, i LOVE this comb. been using it for a week, and everyone is spot on. the teeth dont scratch your head. i didnt think that would matter, because i didnt mind the scratching of my old comb... in a way, i thought it might get out some future itches. but after trying this comb, i know what ive been missing!! it feels so good! it just glides on your scalp. and it has a very good weight, its just some comfortable to use. i was skeptical to buy this at first. but now im glad i did. i keep it in my bathroom, and use it everyday. my price per use is going to be less than 1 cent. treat yourself! youre gonna use it everyday!

Needed a comb that would be sturdy and last! This fits the bill! It will last for years! I like the weight and distance between the teeth. Perfect for me...I forgot I had already gotten one for hubby! This is a unisex comb!

Very nice. My previous comb, by Speert, bought at a barber shop, lasted almost 30 years, and lately lost some teeth. I expect this will last 30 years too, until Im 99. Its a little longer too. I thought they molded the whole thing, but apparently they start with a piece of cellulose acetate (a non-petroleum based plastic which causes little static (although even rubber pocket combs never caused me static) and then they actually cut the teeth with some saw with 40+ blades, I think. And then they polish it to get the burrs off, I think, so nothing catches on the hair, especially when its tangled. There are also more expensive combs made of horn, but for a man, or anyone, I think I spent enough! For a brush, I use my mothers boar bristle brush. (I probably could have spent less, but Im a slob in most of my life.)

I was worried it was small, but its not. Pretty good size. Not too big but perfect. Weight was good too. Its heavier than the cheap flimsy plastic combs. Didnt feel cheap at all. Great purchase.

The only thing I wish, is that the ends of the fine teeth were NOT so rounded and smooth. When I am trying to catch those last few hairs that need to be on the other side of the part, this comb will not grab them. Instead, its teeth slide right over the hairs like they arent even there. But, really well made comb, attractive material, and will NOT damage your hair unless you purposely do something you shouldnt do with a comb. :-)

People scoff when they hear $12 for a comb... but they don’t realize what cheap combs do to your hair. This comb feels good in my hands. It’s weight, and sturdiness is second to none. I’m glad I took the leap.

I love the comb portion of this comb. Its the same quality as the other Kent combs I have. The folding bit is a bit chintzy, but I wasnt expecting much in that area. Id be reluctant to use the clip regularly, as that feels particularly weak. Overall, it does its job, and its earned a spot in my pocket most days. Small, compact and useful.

I ordered a couple of extras to travel with. I get desperate when Im forced to use a lesser comb.
