    Umbrella stem came broken. This umbrella was a birthday gift for March 12th. When gift was opened we discovered the stem was bent. We would like to replace the item.

    Too bad it was so weak and broke after a handful of uses. It is super cute but my 5yo had a hard time getting it closed and always needed help. Then it broke after maybe 4 or 5 uses- the metal just snapped. I wish I had checked the reliability of the reviews before because fakespot gives the reviews a D (see image).

    Im surprised to see the poor reviews of this adorable umbrella! We purchased one 4 years ago and I have 0 complaints. Keeps my daughter dry and has held up to abuse by a small child. I actually came back to buy another for my youngest since she wants one to match big sister. I highly recommend as its held up much longer than expected!
