Umbrella broke after second use now it doesn’t Stay open and one of the bars hangs loose

Ordered this umbrella for my young daughter and received it broken. It will not stay open. Unable to return it as it’s been 30 days since purchased. Super bummer.

Adorable umbrella. My son was thrilled, and its easy to open with a push of a button. Everything is clear, and vibrant except for meowth. He is very washed out and undetailed. I looked back at the photos and he is there as well, so its not a defect on ours. Thats just how it comes, so theres a heads up for everyone. Otherwise so far so great and not worth a star to me.
