> 3 dayI bought these for my 7 year old grandson because he plays with his kindle all the time and he likes the volume loud to drown out background noise. This has been a life saver. He’s enjoying his shows and everyone else is enjoying the peace and quiet. I tried them. The ears are padded and very comfortable. The size is easily adjustable. He has a large head and still has room to grow. We are happy with them!

> 3 dayI’m writing this review while in the car on a long road trip because I HATE THEM SO MUCH I WANT TO THROW THEM OUT THE WINDOW!!!! For the first maybe ten minutes they worked great, the volume was great, maybe even too loud, I turned the volume way down on the video players and it was still loud enough. That was when I tried them out at home and was like “yea these work great!”. Then we got in the car and started our drive, and a few minutes in something happened to both of them (a pink and a blue one) that you could no longer hear sound unless you pushed the tiny button on the cord CONSTANTLY!!!! Well who wants to spend hours pushing a button just to hear a movie!!?!?!?!? It is so aggravating. My kids are complaining constantly that they can’t hear the movie because of these dumb headphone. Why did they get such great reviews??? It’s so frustrating. And yes, I tried both the stupid “settings” on the cord 85dB and 94dB and neither are louder than a whisper. So, get these terrible headphones if you don’t want to hear anything when you use them.

> 3 dayUpdate: My 10 year old says the sound is good, but the microphone isnt. Its too low on the wire and he has to hold it to his mouth to speak sometimes. No one wants to sit there holding the little microphone up to their mouth. Thats just poor design because it needs to be hands free. If he were using it for school, hed need his hands free to write or type. He was using the headphones for gaming and he needed both hands on the controller. He said he can hear fine with them, and theyre comfortable to wear. The microphone is just not where it should be for a childs mouth to freely speak into the microphone. I shouldve waited longer before posting original review. Original review: Sound is good, the microphone works well enough. My sons friends can hear him clearly enough and he can hear them as well. He uses them with xbox controller for gaming.

> 3 dayDo not waste your money. They only lasted a little over a month before the sound stopped working on both pairs I purchased.

> 3 dayVery disappointed, the first headset I received the jack portion was bent. I didnt think much of it, and returned and ordered a replacement. I received this one, and right away when pushing the jack into the port, the jack bent a bit. It worked for a bit, and then stopped producing audio noise. Needless to say, I will be returning this item and NOT repurchasing, as its not durable, especially considering it was made specifically for children.
