After falling pretty bad and hurting myself the helmet gave no help or support because the clip for the chin strap some how loosened and flew off causing the helmet to come off when I fell

The product broke already cheaply put together. My daughter didnt have it for even a month and the strap fell apart now she has no use for it.

Bought for my 12 yr old. I know he likes it because he wears it!

The size adjuster broke after adjusting size (it was me adjusting it, and I was not being rough)

The Ouwer Kids Bike Helmet gives me peace of mind when my daughter is out riding her bike or her roller blades. The helmet has adjustable straps so that they can be most comfortable and also secure. For added comfort, there is a velcro attached pad to wrap around the clasps. There is also a way to adjust the inner head straps so that it can fit firmly and not fall off. The helmet is sturdy and covers nearly the entire head. It has a matte blue finish that is stylish and colorful. It is comfortable and cool enough that my daughter doesnt complain about wearing it.

IT FITS

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my son, but my wife said “who gives a helmet for Christmas?” So, this box didn’t make it under the tree :) My 4-year old son has a larger-than-average head, and this helmet fits him very well, with the pads that came installed in it (5mm). It also has thicker pads (8mm) in a bag-for smaller head sizes-which we didn’t need. I really like the crank in back for adjusting the fit; this makes it easy to get the proper fit on a young child who just wants to get out and ride his bike! Speaking of which, we have our son use this helmet for lots of different outdoor activities, including: riding his bike, driving an electric motorcycle, riding a scooter, etc. The red buckle makes locating the release point very easy and the chin strap has a piece of fabric that covers the extra slack in the strap, so it doesn’t get in the way. This helmet was very well designed and appears to provide great protection in all the right areas. Compared to his toddler helmet, this is a more rigid shell, and comes down lower on his forehead as well as in back. Overall, I highly recommend this helmet for little ones!

Given that Im an Amazon seller myself (though not in anyway affiliated with this product), I realized some of these types of products are white labeled and very similar. However, I will say this helmet fit my two and a half year old well. I switched the internal pads to the thicker ones they provide, and it was easier than expected. The helmet looks a little big on his head, but the main thing is that it fits well and protects his noggin. Also, the dial to adjust the fit is very handy.
