This product came uncustomized and neatly packaged with an extra plastic straw and cleaning tool! I only customized it because my daughter goes to daycare. So far she has had it about a month and no chips or nicks in the paint. She constantly puts it in her backpack and it has never leaked on belongings. I also tested it by turning it upside down. Which is more than what I can say for all the Walmart brand kids cups. Same price but way better value is found in this item, and it comes with a cleaning tool and no leaks around th a seal. What a deal!
