The only things he wasnt 100% enthused about was there isnt a zipper or organization space, but absolutely 100% satisfied with this purchase.

1st thing I noticed was how thick & good quality the pull straps are on this, also the pull-strap loops are made of metal not plastic like most backpacks. This bag is dope.
