Purchased this for my 13 mo granddaughter. She’s a climber and they needed something to keep her from climbing out of her crib. Works perfectly!!

I cant recommend this crib safety tent enough! Our 18-month-old was able to climb out of the crib, so we gave this tent a try. IT WORKS WELL!!! The tent is designed such that there is nothing for the toddler to grab on to to climb. Its basically a pop up tent with the wires sewn-in such that they are extended outside of the tent, and there is no way for the toddler to grab them and pull tent down. The mesh is pulled taut and is very sturdy, more sturdy than a mesh laundry basket. The installation is ridiculously easy. On top of all this, our toddler loves sleeping in it! The tent creates a cozy, tranquil, enclosed environment to sleep in. I wish I knew about this tent for my first child.

I purchased this item because our 8 month old was grabbing the rails of her crib and standing without knowing how to sit back down. So she would stand, let go, hit her head on the side of the crib, cry, stand back up…and do it all over again. It was so scary and sad. But she was so excited to learn a new skill that she would not stop. It prevented her from napping during the day and sleeping through the night. (She slept through the night from 6 weeks on- and consistently sleeps 11-12 hours a night.) the first day/night she figured out how to stand felt like our first night back from the hospital after she was born … no one slept. I stayed in the room one night trying to teach her how to sit down. Until the 53rd time of her standing up and falling… I grabbed the pack and play and thought .. this is it she’s never sleeping in that F’ing crib again. Then I stayed up all night researching and found this tent. Most of the reviews made me feel as though it was geared more towards walking toddlers who were trying to escape the crib over night so I wasn’t sure this would solve my specific problem of trying to prevent her from standing. Let meee telllll youuuu… this is the best purchase. She cannot stand and fall anymore because she can’t grab the railings with this tent in place. During the day I continue to try and teach her how to sit back down. But naps and over night sleep are back to normal thanks to this tent!! It seems to be a universal size to fit all cribs. After I purchased I thought shit, I don’t even know the measurements of this crib. But it fit! Read directions first - super easy.a I imagine it will be helpful in years to come once she becomes an escape artist. My only complaint (and I don’t even want to say it but I’m hoping someone has suggestions) is that the camera (infant optics) in her room cannot see through the mesh. So we can’t see her, we can only hear her. It’s a must purchase !

Used this for our son and ran the Miku bar inside the tent. Works great. Wish there was a way to keep the top open so you could have the camera aiming in but we got a workaround. Other cameras may have trouble especially those that have a lower FOV. We have a backup monitor as Miku is both good and terrible - another story. So, we ended getting a backup monitor that we can only lay on the tent. It works, we can still move the camera remotely as our son sleeps. Not the best quality picture but can at least see through the mesh that way.

I wish I had found this sooner! Saves so much stress and aggravation at bedtime! My son was starting to climb out and he’d throw everything out of his crib because he knew I’d come back upstairs and put everything back in - now I just put him in, say goodnight and zip it up! I even use it in our camper with the pack and play mattress inside to hold it down, it doesn’t fit as snug as it does around the crib mattress but it does the job to make sure he doesn’t roll out and I don’t worry if a bug will fly into the camper opening and shutting the door because he’s surrounded by the netting. It does make it a little tricky to see him in night vision on the monitor through the fabric but that’s okay!

I wish I would have bought this product sooner! At 18 months, my son could jump out of his crib...a total nightmare! We were so fearful he would continue to jump out that we would rush in every single time he woke up...which led to sleepless nights. After one week of using this, he was able to self sooth again. The material is DURABLE and not cheap. The zipper is also very durable! Almost 2 months later it still works and has not broken or torn. The only thing I would say is it is hard to see through, especially with the camera monitor, but so worth it! It will not disappoint!

Easy to use, effective at keeping our 2 year old contained to his crib at night. Feel like we’ll need it till he’s about 2.5 or 3 (or isn’t scaling everything in his room in the middle of the night all night)

This is literally my first Amazon review but I wanted to help other parents. If your toddler is breaking out of their crib, buy this immediately. We weren’t ready for a toddler bed, and our adventurous two year old daughter was climbing out even with the mattress all the way on the floor. We have a pool, so I was very worried about it. I couldn’t sleep worrying about her wandering into the backyard in the middle of the night or walking out the back door when I was busy during nap time. I bought this and it immediately solved the problem. It’s easy to install and sturdy. Even if she was able to disconnect the ties to the crib and collapse the tent (which is impossible), the mesh is breathable, so I don’t worry about it being unsafe. The only downside is we can’t see her very well on the baby monitor unless she’s moving around. We solved this by moving the baby monitor until the angle was right and it was easier to see her. Overall, a great product that I cannot recommend enough!

Not only prevents jail breaks, but actually seemed to calm our daughter down once she realized she couldnt get out of the crib on her own. Like she was relieved. Crazy but true. This really worked for us, hope it works for you too.
