> 3 dayThis game is really fun, and is not a disappointment. Its one of the better games on the psp, and the graphics are really good.If u enjoyed kingdom hearts 2, then this game is worth the buy cause the gameplay is pretty much the same thing. I cant think of any negatives to this game, other than not liking some of the characters but thats just a personal opinion. I just wish Square Enix will make a kingdom hearts 3 soon and lessen the side stories games.

> 3 dayIm very pleased I have this game in my hands finally cause Im a die hard Kingdom Hearts and I would wanna collect all of em even if theyre in different platforms. Now if your a Die hard fan to then. This game will fit into your collection I kinda liked the Command deck feature cause it makes customizing more easier. Im glad that the Command Deck Feature is also on Drop Dream Distance.

> 3 dayThis game, although still fun, brings a new fighting style that is a lot more challenging....it has a Final Fantasy reminiscent fighting style now, and its not as easy to get through as the first two games were.

> 3 dayI had a lot of fun playing this game. The graphics would be outstanding on the PS2, so getting that level of quality on the PSP is no small achievement. While each character has his or her own adventure, the deeper truths of the story are only revealed after playing through all three storylines. The minigames can be quite challenging and provide a nice break from the action. I would recommend this game to any Kingdom Hearts fan or any fan of action RPGs in general. Pick up this game, youll be glad you did.

> 3 dayIf youve never played this installment of Kingdom Hearts you are missing out. The Command system replaces MP and you can design Command Decks to your play style. If that wasnt enough, you can create crazy commands with synthesis, like FF7 Crisis Core. You play 3 separate campaigns, each a little different but in the same worlds. You explore and unfold the stories as Ventas, Terra, and Aqua.

> 3 dayGot this on Christmas of 2012. I didnt have an SD card for my then-new psp at the time, so I actually never got past the first part of the game, which is crazy considering how long this game has been sitting in my room (7 years??) but Ill always remember the excitement I had for it, how nostalgic I felt (and still feel) and how mesmerizing it was to see the graphics. Overall, its an amazing and memorable game that I hope I will finally finish playing one day. I have an SD card now but my PSPs charger has been missing for years, so I guess the wait isnt over yet lol. Great game, great graphics for its time, ingeniously crafted story arch, lovable characters, and a must-play among the series greatest sequels since KH1 & 2.

> 3 dayIf more games had been made like this for the PSP, it might not have been such a flop for Sony. The gameplay is fluid, like any other kingdom hearts game, the voice acting is impressive, with a few big names in the script, and the graphics highlight the capabilities of the system very well. The story is interesting, but nothing groundbreaking as far as the Kingdom Hearts universe is concerned. The same overall themes and foils are present in the narrative, ex) friendship, darkness and light. Theres also the whole Disney - Square crossover thing going on. Its a prequel, so it is fun to see some of the same worlds revisited before the first game, or certain worlds visited for the first time, showing characters that appeared in other games. The game follow 3 different characters, one at a time, to give a full picture of whats going on. Its nice, and certain skills are unique to each character, but the levels end up being all the same, with slight modification, between each story line. If you still have a psp, and havent played this yet, give it a try. It might even inspire you to buy a Vita. The hardware is extremely capable, but in the end useless, without good games like Birth by Sleep to showcase it.

> 3 dayI am a hard core Kingdom Hearts fan. I have played all the games that have ever come out (excluding the Japanese versions and their Final Mixs). Out of all the games that have been publish through the Kingom Hearts years, I dare say that Birth By Sleep tops over all of them in performance. The battle system is the most complex yet user-friendly that has ever been implemented. One goes about the game gaining attack cards (to give them a name) that one levels up, and combines to create new different types of physical and magic attacks. As far as PSP graphics go, Birth by Sleep pushes the PSPs limit by using great cutscenes that match even the best of the console series. The story is as good as the first Kingdom Hearts if not better. The concept of having three different characters going about the same story and seeing each individual story unfold to come together as one was one I didnt feel comfortable with. That is until I pushed that side power button and had unanswered questions within the first ten minutes of the first characters story (which you get to choose by the way). It is genius and is one of the major components making this game great. If it isnt better than the first game (and I can not bring myself to a decision due to the nostalgia and love for the original) than it is as good as the first Kingdom Hearts. I would recommend this game to any Kingdom Hearts fan, and non-fan alike, who own a PSP. You will enjoy the game even if you are not familiar with the series as a whole.
