what you paid for. I supplemented my MSI GS66 laptop with this NVME. I bought the 4 TB. It was costly but well worth it. It is very fast with consistent DiskMarks of an NVME that is PCIe 4. Very happy with it so far. Only been running a week. If anything changes, Ill repost. I added this drive as well as a Extreme Odyssey thermal pad underneath. It has been pretty cool even under 4K gaming tests. Highly recommended.

PCIe Gen4 with a controller that goes at Gen 4 speeds. Ive seen cheaper NVMes that list as Gen 4 but the specs are more like Gen 3 or even Gen 2. This one is close to 7,500 MB/s which is Gen 4. When shopping, note the speeds of the drive and not if its Gen 3 or 4, etc. This is my first 1 TB NVMe as the main drive for my machine. So I have the OS, Office and games all on one drive which you may or may not think is a good idea but Im liking it.

I was actually looking for a 500 Gig NVME for my Windows/C drive, but the read/write specs vary depending on the size you get. I wanted to boost both my Read and my Write speeds so I went with the 1TB for the better speeds. The third image is for comparison to the drive I replaced. I am very happy with the performance and my system is faster calling up programs and everything. Great upgrade from the PCI3 to this PCI 4 ssd. I had a little trouble with the cloning process due to the OEM version of Acronis for this drive as well as it being my C drive. What worked for me was doin a Manual-Proportional-Saying I was going to use in another system. Otherwise it kept partitioning in ways I did not want. But once I got it, this thing screams. This thing rocks!

dopo qualche mese di test devo dire che mi trovo bene, avevo paura che ci si potessero essere impuntamenti o lag durante il gioco su ps5 ma devo dire che se possibile si è dimostrato ancora meglio dell ssd installato su motherboard da casa madre. il fatto che arrivi già compreso di dissipatore preinstallato poi da quella sicurezza in più oltre a facilitare la vita non poco nella ricerca di dissipatori che possano essere adatti al loro lavoro ad i meno esperti. kingston come al solito è una garanzia ed anche in questo caso mi ritrovo a confermarvelo.

La garanzia che offre un marchio come kingston è (e deve essere) la certezza di ciò che si compra. A differenza dei tanti SSD cinesi semisconosciuti che si trovano con performance dichiarate quasi mai reali, questo SSD offre esattamente quello che promette: performance al top della categoria, TBW di tutto rispetto e un prezzo competitivo. Unica questione: serve montarlo su un pc allaltezza per poterne godere a pieno le prestazioni. Consigliato.

Wow, this drive is fast. Dont overthink it looking at benchmarks for quicker drives that may market faster speeds, you wont notice a difference in the real world. You cant go wrong with this drive, especially at this price.

Disk read speeds are not 7300 they are 6500. So it is not the fastest disk out there like they say they are! Taking forever to download a game regular ps5 hard drive is way faster!!!
